FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

––––––––––––––––––

What services do you provide?

We assist clients with reviewing their credit reports, disputing inaccurate or unverifiable information, and strengthening their overall credit profiles using federal consumer protection laws.

Is this service legal?

Yes. Consumers have the legal right to review and dispute inaccurate information on their credit reports under federal law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

How long does the process take?

Every credit profile is different. Some clients see updates within 30–45 days, while more complex situations may take 3–6 months or longer. This is a structured process, not an overnight fix.

Do you guarantee removals or score increases?

No. No company can legally guarantee removals or specific score increases. We guarantee a compliant, strategic approach based on consumer law.

What type of items may be removed?

Items that are inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, incomplete, or unverifiable may qualify, including late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, certain public records, and identity-related errors.

What items cannot be removed?

Items that are accurate, timely, and fully verifiable generally remain, provided they meet all legal reporting requirements.

Will disputing items lower my score?

No. Challenging inaccurate information does not lower your score. Temporary score changes may occur as accounts are updated or removed.

Should I stop using my credit cards?

No. Responsible use is encouraged. Keep balances between 10–30 percent, make on-time payments, and avoid unnecessary new inquiries during the process.

Do you contact the credit bureaus or creditors?

Yes. Communication is sent to the credit bureaus and, when appropriate, directly to data furnishers using compliant methods.

How often is my report reviewed?

Reports are typically reviewed and challenged every 30 days following compliance guidelines.

What is required to get started?

A valid photo ID, proof of address, access to a full credit report, a completed intake form, and payment for the selected service.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations are available and required for detailed reviews or funding strategies. Without a consultation, responses are limited.

Can you help build positive credit?

Yes. Guidance may include secured or unsecured cards, installment accounts, authorized user strategies, and proper utilization and payment habits.

Should I apply for new credit during this process?

It is strongly recommended to wait unless instructed otherwise, as new inquiries or accounts may slow progress.

Is this the same as debt settlement or consolidation?

No. These services focus on accuracy, compliance, and profile strength, not negotiating balances or settlements.

How do I enroll?

Enrollment is available through our website. Once enrolled, onboarding instructions will be provided.
